Registration

You are responsible for your account security. One account per person unless explicitly permitted. Automated registration is strictly prohibited.

Age Verification (Strict 18+)

You must be 18 or older to use our services. Purchases of intimate products require enhanced age verification. We reserve the right to request government-issued ID for verification, which is handled securely according to our Privacy Movement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Termination does not exempt you from outstanding payment obligations.

Quality Standards: Carbon Copy products meet ISO 13485 manufacturing standards and include full batch traceability. All products are cruelty-free.

Pricing: Prices include applicable taxes where required. Offers and discounts are subject to eligibility.

Purchasing Process: Order acceptance occurs when we send a confirmation. Payment is processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe/PayPal)—we never store full card details. If a payment fails, we are not obliged to fulfill the order.

• 90-Day Window: We offer a generous 90-day return window.
• 93-Day Hard Close: The system closes strictly 93 days after purchase.
• Refunds: Based on actual revenue received. We deduct non-recoverable third-party fees (Shipping, Payment Processing), capped at 5%.
• Company Error: If we made a mistake (Defect/Wrong Item), you get a 100% Full Refund with no deductions.

Discretion: Carbon Copy products ship in discreet packaging with no external branding.

Risk of Loss: We have no control over the package until it arrives at our facility. The risk of lost or damaged mail lies entirely with the customer. We strongly recommend Tracked Mail.

Insurance Claims: For transit damage (e.g., Spaceship/DHL), the customer must file the claim first. If rejected despite clear evidence of courier error, we will step in.

All content, designs, formulas, and branding are owned by us. This includes:

• Carbon Copy™ and The Monolith™ trademarks.
• The Single Hand Dispensing System: Patent-pending through HK IP Department. Duplication is strictly prohibited.
• All visual/written content and the "Uncompromising" tagline.

Permitted Use: You may use IP for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Educational/Non-profit use requires citing our name and notifying us within 3 days.

We use AI systems (particularly in G Publishment) responsibly, aligned with the EU AI Act and GDPR.

• Transparency: We disclose AI-generated content.
• Privacy First: Data protection by design.
• No Targeting Minors: Strict prohibition on AI profiling of minors.

Mediation First Pledge: G Entertainment is a signee of Hong Kong's "Mediation First" Pledge. Before litigation, we commit to voluntary, private mediation to resolve disputes amicably.

Content Disputes: Must follow the process outlined in our Safety & Takedown Policy first.

Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of the Hong Kong S.A.R. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your local jurisdiction.

We accept service of valid legal documents via email from official government domains, provided a hard copy follows via registered mail.

Cost Recovery: For civil matters, we reserve the right to charge administrative fees for data retrieval.
