Safety, Takedown and Legal Compliance

We are a dedicated organization committed to safety and compliance. Unlike massive platforms, we do not utilize automated AI scanning. Instead, we rely on a "Best Effort" manual review process overseen by qualified professionals.

• Compliance Oversight: Our internal operations are supervised by a Compliance Officer holding a Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) Certificate in AML/CFT.
• Legal Counsel: We retain voluntary external legal counsel from Looper Risks Advisory Limited and other relevant professionals.
• Jurisdiction: We operate under the laws of Hong Kong but voluntarily adopt global safety standards (NCMEC reporting) to protect our community.

Tier 1: Zero-Tolerance Criminal Offenses

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), and human trafficking content.

• Action: Immediate preservation of evidence, permanent ban of the user, and mandatory reporting to NCMEC and/or Hong Kong Police.
• Report URGENTLY: Email vita@gentertainment.ltd with Subject: "URGENT: Criminal Content Report".

Tier 2 & 3: Civil & Policy Violations

Includes harassment, hate speech, copyright infringement, and defamation. We aim to resolve these within 7 business days via human review.

While domiciled in Hong Kong, we voluntarily adhere to the notice-and-takedown procedures of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

To File a Copyright Claim:
Send a written notice to vita@gentertainment.ltd containing:

1. Signature of the copyright owner/agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work and the specific URL.
3. Contact information (Address, Phone, Email).
4. A statement of "good faith belief" that the use is unauthorized.
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

Carbon Copy (operated by G Entertainment Limited) is a hosting platform for third-party content.

1. Secondary Producer Exemption: In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4), we do not hire, contract, or manage the performers depicted.
2. User Warranties: All uploading users have warranted that all individuals depicted were at least 18 years of age at the time of production.
3. Custodian of Records: To the extent any content is deemed "produced" by G Entertainment Limited, records are maintained by the Custodian of Records at the mailing address listed in Section 7 below.

How to Serve Us

• Source: Emails must originate from an official government or law enforcement domain.
• Authority: Documents must be issued by a valid Court of Hong Kong or a competent authority recognized under Mutual Legal Assistance treaties.
• Hard Copy: A physical copy must follow via registered mail unless waived by us in writing.

Cost Recovery (Civil Matters)

We are a small entity with limited resources. For Civil Matters (non-criminal disputes), we reserve the right to charge administrative fees to cover the actual costs of researching and retrieving data. We may require an advance retainer.

To ensure this policy remains effective, our HKCGI-certified Compliance Officer conducts:

• Quarterly Internal Reviews: To monitor response times and log accuracy.
• Annual Formal Audits: To review comprehensive safety procedures and update protocols based on advice from Looper Risks Advisory Limited.
